In my view presentation, dissemination and outreach are closely intertwined. Every form of presentation creates a new "conversation". Every element, in whatever form, I see as symbols shaped in relationships and shaping relationships. For sake of the description I have to start somewhere. Please note that the difference between "forms and methods" is vague. Some forms to present the "document":
